All Wisp Fragrance Oils have been specifically formulated to work with The Wisp Fragrance Systems. We recommend that you only use The Wisp Fragrance oils to preserve the performance and health of your Wisp System.

No. All Wisp Fragrance Oils have been specifically formulated to work with The Wisp Fragrance Systems. Adding water will damage your Wisp.

To maintain your Wisp System, we recommend you clean your system using a small amount of diluted cleaning alcohol. Run it through your Wisp system for 5 minutes between changing fragrances or every 2-3 months.

We do not recommend mixing The Wisp fragrances as this may damage The Wisp system and can cause it to break.

If you do happen to lose connection to your Wisp System, please delete the Wisp system from your Bluetooth connections and reinstall the system.

Keeping The Wisp upright will avoid any leakages when travelling. However, do not try and take your Wisp overseas unless you have ordered directly from The Wisp and chosen overseas shipping.
