The Fragrance System is the flagship: strong enough for a hallway, open-plan kitchen or small studio. The Mini brings the same cold-air technology into a single plug socket, sized for a bedroom or home office. And the Fragrance Stone needs no power at all — just a few drops of oil and a place to hang it, for a car, a wardrobe or a desk drawer. Whichever you start with, every system takes the same 31 Wisp fragrance oils, so the scent stays yours even as the room changes.
It comes down to space. The Fragrance System covers 430–500m² and suits hallways, open-plan rooms, salons, showrooms and small commercial spaces. The Mini covers a single room up to 250m³, around 83m². The Fragrance Stone is for anywhere too small or personal for a plug-in — a car, a wardrobe, a drawer.
Yes. All three systems use the same range of 31 Wisp fragrance oils, in the bottle size each system takes — so you can carry one scent across your whole home, car and wardrobe.
The Fragrance System and the Mini both hold their oil in a refillable reservoir rather than a swappable bottle, so they are built for one scent at a time rather than daily switching. A full reservoir is around 90 days of use. To change before it runs out, drain the remaining oil and rinse the reservoir so the next fragrance reads true. Both machines take the 50ml and 125ml bottles. The 10ml size is made for the Aroma Stone and the Neom Pod Mini.
No, each system is sold on its own so you can choose your fragrance separately. Add any Wisp oil at checkout, or shop the full range afterwards.
Every order is hand-checked in Nottingham and dispatched within 1–2 days. The Fragrance System and Mini are covered by a 1-year warranty; the Fragrance Stone is a natural, non-electronic product so isn't warrantied, but is still hand-checked before it ships.
