Kitchens, bathrooms and children's rooms are where The Tait earns its place. It is low-output by design, so it belongs in the rooms a louder oil would swamp: a small bathroom, a bedroom at the end of a corridor, a nursery where you want something noticeable but mild. In a kitchen it does the useful job of lifting cooking smells rather than competing with them, and the grass note keeps it from smelling like surface spray.

It is also the safest choice in a shared house. Open-plan rooms will take it too, though you will want the full-size system rather than a plug-in to give it enough push.

Is The Tait right for you?

The Beginning sits between the two: lemon and sage with sea salt through it, brighter than The Tait but still restrained.

How to use it

This is a concentrated oil for cold-air diffusion. It is not a reed diffuser oil, and it is not made for candles or wax burners — no heat, no wick, no flame. Two or three drops in The Wisp Mini will scent one room; the Wisp Fragrance System will carry it across a whole floor. The 10ml bottle fits the Neom Pod Mini if that is what you already own, and a few drops on a Wisp Aroma Stone will scent a drawer, a car or a bag with no power at all.
