Lemon

Heat destroys citrus — in a warmed plug-in or a candle, the lemon burns off in the first few minutes and you spend the rest of the evening with whatever was underneath it. Cold-air diffusion atomises the oil without touching its temperature, so the lemon is still there an hour in.
