The Wisp Fragrance System uses air-pump cold-air diffusion — the same whole-room scenting method used in hotel lobbies and premium retail spaces. A fine mist of pure fragrance oil is released into the air with no heat and no water, so nothing is diluted or degraded before it reaches you. The 200ml reservoir refills in place and gives around 80–90 hours of running time, and the system covers 430–500 square metres — enough for an open-plan ground floor, a hallway and landing, or a commercial space like a salon or showroom. Control it from the on-device panel, or from the Scent Machine app over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, where you can also set a schedule.

How many days that translates to depends entirely on how long you run it. At about an hour a day — a morning and evening schedule — a fill lasts roughly 90 days. At four hours a day, expect around three weeks. We would rather tell you that up front than have you surprised by it.

Yes, though the system is built for one scent at a time rather than daily switching. To change before the reservoir runs out, drain the remaining oil and rinse it so the next fragrance reads true.
The reservoir takes the 50ml and 125ml bottles. The 10ml size is made for the Aroma Stone and the Neom Pod Mini, not for the Wisp atomisers.
Via the on-device panel, or remotely by Bluetooth or Wi-Fi through the Scent Machine app, free on the App Store and Google Play. You can set timers and schedules there too. If it asks for a pairing code, it is 8888.
